The CenterHotel Klöpp is located in the old town section of Reykjavik, and is just 20 metres from the Laugavegur, the city's main artery and home to many of its shops, restaurants and bars. The 46 guestrooms feature contemporary decor in neutral tones with light wood furnishings and wood floors. All offer high-speed Internet access, direct-dial telephones, satellite television and minibars. Bathrooms have hair dryers.
Guests can enjoy coffees and drinks throughout the day in the breakfast room, and relax watching the television in the air-conditioned lobby. The multilingual staff can assist with local information and tour guidance, while other practical amenities include 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning, airport transport and a town car service. Drivers can make use of nearby parking. The hotel is in the centre of Reykjavik, and therefore close to its many attractions; the Icelandic National Theatre and Opera House are just 50 metres away, and the National Parliament is 100 metres away. Guests can visit the harbour, also just 100 metres from the hotel, where it is possible to take boat and whale watching trips. The Reykjavik Art Museum and the City Hall are both within 200 metres of the hotel. Reykjavik Keflavik Airport is 47 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 45 minutes.

Bus services run to and from the airport in connection with arriving and departing flights. The Flybus services the hotel both to and from the airport; guests should notify the Flybus driver or can book with the hotel's reception. The Flybus single fare is 1150 ISK. Taxis are available at the airport and can be booked from the hotel reception there is no set rate for a single journey. Getting around Reykjavik is easiest on the SVR bus system, which runs from seven AM to midnight daily. Bicycles can be used to negotiate the city's extensive network of cycle paths.
Driving directions: From the airport take the first right at the roundabout and continue in the direction of Hafnarfjordur. Follow signs for Reykjavik along the coast road Saebraut. Follow Saebraut until the left-hand turn onto Snorrabraut, then turn left up Snorrabraut, and turn right where Hverfisgata Street intersects with Snorrabraut. Follow Hverfisgata to the hotel on the left, where Klapparstigur Street intersects with Hverfisgata.
