Stayed 1 night, July 28; checked in late and out early next day to catch an early flight. They are used to late check-ins. No hassles, room was very clean, airport shuttle to and from was on demand except for early morning set schedule. Excellent breakfast started at 4am for early risers. Room had correct amount of towels, etc for three of us, and toilet/shower separate from sink, a plus. Will stay again.

it was advertised to have a refrigerator in the room which was a selling point for me since my son is young and needs his milk. when we got there, there was no refrigerator so we had to use the ice bucket to keep things cold. i seem to remember a lounge listed in the ad that i could not locate. Also i forgot my conditioner for my hair. the mmirror said to see the courtesy desk for things forgotten and when i did i was told there was no conditioner there. i guess my biggest problem was that there was no one willing to deal with my problems while i was there.

the room was old and dirty. the hot water was plumbed backward and in short supply. there were exposed electric wire in bathroom. furniture from about 1986 based on conditon. noisy noisy noisy.

Stayed just one night after the O's game. It was conveinetly located and clean. I would definitly choose this spot again if I am in town for a game!

only about a mile or two from the airport which was ncie the morning I had to ge tup and leave and return my rental car. Nothing flashy but nothing bad either. Overall a good hotel.

Hotel is close to Baltimore Harbor and the BWI. Room had a smell of smoke, but wasbt quickly changed to a better room. pool is med size and nice (w/lifeguard) Hotel employees were nice.

We loved the shuttle service, they picked us up within 10 minutes of our call. We used the shuttle for rides to airport & bus terminal several times during our stay. It has a good continental breakfast. It isn't a new hotel, but the rooms were clean. They staff a lifeguard at the pool, wish it had a hottub. It was a great location visiting Baltimore or commuting to Washington D.C. We would stay there again, if ever in the area.

Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. When we had a small issue, the hotel accommodated us immediatly. We would use the La Quinta again. Continental breakfast exceeded all other continental breakfasts we've ever seen.

The hotel has a "worn" feel to it. The control for the TV was missing and the power button was broken. But the staff responded quickly. The walls are a bit thin. But the hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle is efficient.

It was most certainly not the commercial with the guy pouring shampoo on his head. How chinzy can you get, no shampoo in either mine or my associates room. Other than that not bad, just ask for shampoo and soap when you check in.

The bath room was not clean the door was missing lock so the door was alllway open, I'm not sure if the sheets were change. but we got in at 2am needed to get some sleeep.

Great staff, service and value. I always use this facility when I fly out of BWI.

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay to pick up and early flight in the morning. It's exactly what you need when you leave early and let your vehicle there while you're away.

Overall was happy with the stay. But we would be more satisfied if the breakfast had more varieties; the place had more parking spaces so that we didn't have to park across the street in other hotel's parking lot; and that the hotel had information about the Light Rail.

La Quinta Inn is very convenient to BWI Airport - only about 2 miles away. After staying at hotel, you can leave your car in their parking lot and the hotel provides a free shuttle to BWI Airport. The shuttle runs 24 hours per day. A hotel I highly recommend, especially when travelling out of BWI Airport. Rooms are clean and large; staff is friendly and helpful. An overall good value for the money.

The first five days were a bussiness trip and the next one was a personal stay. I checked out and then back in. that night when I returned to the room they had not leaned it or put in fresh towels.( the hotel said it was because i checked out, apparently checking in dosent mean you get a clean room!!!

I was in Room 220. Whenever the woman spoke on her cell phone or room phone in Room 218 at all hours of the late evening I could hear every word, every inflection, every statement as clear as if she was in my room talking to me. It woke me up both nights until she completed her conversdations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the "paper thin walls" are an annoyance.

Was very pleased with the courteous staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Although we stayed for just one night, we would definitely use this hotel again in the future. The only disappointment was not fridge in the room, there is plenty of room for one.

but I was traveling with a co-worker and we stayed for 3 nights - every time we left the room our key didnt work. every night there was a crowd at the desk getting their key programmed. It must happen all the time they only asked for my room number not even my ID!! The last night they checked my co-worker out a day early. our reservations were together but they claimed she was only booked for 2 days even though we had documentation took 30 minutes to clarify. its unfortunate becuase for the money the rooms were nice, decent complimentary breakfast, right across from the Marriot with a good bar and minutes from the airport. The service just soured me from staying there again, there are 20 hotels right in the complex.

Hotel was outstanding in all areas (low price for the area, expanded breakfast, free USA Today, exercise room, beds, floor space), except that the AC/HEAT CONTROL did not seem to function, other than fan control. We like our room really cool, but couldn't get there.

Essentially good value and location with few exceptions. I arrived around 2 am and found the toilet had not been cleaned. The lady on the reception desk was wonderful and immediately came to my room and cleaned the toilet herself--she was extremely gracious and helpful. I don't remember her name, but I did acknowledge her on questionnaire in the room. The other exception was the person on the desk when I checked out around 10 am. Again, I don't remember her name, but I think her name tag said manager or assistant manager. She had a very bad attitude and was quite rude--and she didn't even have the excuse of being busy as there were no other guests, and only one phone call whilst I was there.

Descent hotel for the money. Convenient to the airport(BWI) and has hotel shuttle to the airport. Offered a full breakfast, not just fruit and muffins. The front desk clerks were friendly. Bathroom/sink area is very small. I had 1 problem. I inadvertedly left an article of clothing. I contacted the front desk and was assured I would be contacted later in the day when the cleaning staff was there. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from them

If you need a place close by BWI to stay for a night or two, this is a solid choice. Good price, only a couple of miles from the airport and clean comfortable room.

I enjoyed staying at the La Quinta at BWI. The rooms and lobby were very tastefully, recently updated; the price was reasonable; the location wasn't far from the Inner Harbor; and the complementary breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great except the parking lot--it was so small we had to park across the street! I would stay there again.

The floor was so dirty, you didn't dare walk around without shoes. Not great service, not a great neighborhood. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but otherwise room was okay.

Only problem I had was the door key loosing its memory 2 of 3 days

The hotel itself was clean and convienant. The breakfast was better than I expected but closed about an hour too early. DO NOT RELY on the shuttle service. We were stuck in the rain for an hour waiting for the shuttle. The hotel claimed that they were busy and the Airport held priority, especially the pilots and crew. The hotel was about a mile from the light rail stop so there was no need to be stuck in the rain for an hour. We chose this hotel based on the shuttle so we did not have to drive into inner harbor. Next time we will plan on staying at another hotel due to the lack of shuttle consistancy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The fron desk staff were very freindly and helped with directions and ideas for dinner. The only downside is that the pool is an outdoor pool that is rather small and not heated - my kids were looking forward to a nice swim but the water was freezing - something unexpected in the middle of August. The continental breakfast was OK and the staff kept it well stocked and the area cleaned. Not much in the way of restaurants unless you want to go to one of the restaurants connected to a local hotel - otherwise there's a Ruby Tuesday's and that's about it. Althought we didn't need it, there was a very convenient shuttle service to the airport and it was an easy 10-15 min drive to downtown Baltimore.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were up-to-date and competitive with major chain hotels. My only complaint was minor and that was that there was only one chair in the room for two occupants.

The only glowing thing I can say about this hotel is the pillows were great and the bed was very comfortable... bathroom smelled. had to go buy a candle to burn most of the time we were there to counter the moldy smell... it looked clean, but smelled moldy. and there was no coffee at breakfast when I went down, early, just a sign - out of order. not a great choice for breakfast even it is basically a continental breakfast. it is convenient for the airport and getting downtown. rude shuttle driver. didn't give him a tip.

Everything was nice, staff very helpful. You can park n, fly. My son liked making waffles in the am.

I was very happy that the internet access was free in the room, a computer to be able to be used down in the lobby was even better and the printer with it made it easy to print out your own directions and boarding passes. We called to see if we could check in an hour early and were told no problem...when we walked in the front desk person had everything ready and handed us our keys. The only thing we could complain about was the bathroom door latch was missing in the room and a light in the ceiling was out and the walls were kind of thin...loud neighbors kept waking us up late at night and early in the morning. The recliner in the room was also a nice touch as were the make your own waffles at the free continental breakfast.

The only thing bad about the hotel was slowness of the elevator.
