Sheraton Brussels Hotel – Brussel

Wonderful rooftop pool on 30th floor with a sunbathing deck ourside, so relaxing. Breakfast is superb also, worth the 15euro easily. Located at the top of the shopping street, Rue Neuve, excellent location. Great value deals for weekend stays. Can't wait for my next visit

Having spent the previous few days in a hostel in Berlin, the Sheraton in Brussels was like an oasis in the desert. On arrival the staff were friendly and open, treating us (family of five) like guests and not an inconvenience. (The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when my kids wanted to go for a ride on the luggage trolley!) The bedrooms were of a very good standard, good facilities and high quality beds & linen. The breakfast (available at a reduced price) was of a very good standard and had great choice (i.e. full English, Continental) with food that was actually cooked before your eyes. Gym was compact but had everything you need for a workout & my ONLY possible complaint was that the pool was very cold!!!

This is the worst Sheraton i have ever stayed! The condition of the hotel is poor, espeically the room. The carpet and the curtain are old and the bathroom's condition is far too poor for a 4* hotel. The water of the swimming pool is not pleasent, a layer of grease can be slightly seen on the water surface which is really disappointing. I think the only adge of the hotel is the location as it is located in the city center.

Our only complain was the matress that needs changing, all the rest was great!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. lovely room and hotel.Recommend you go for a swim in the rooftop pool. Breakfast not incuded and quite expensive, but so much to choose from! definitely worth the stay if you get a good deal on the room. Within 10 minute walk to Grand Place. Safe area too. If you want to avoid the restaurant strip in the city and fancy a really good mea, head to Brasserie de Bruxelles, near Mannnkin Pis.

Best aspect is roof swimming pool and outside roof space with views over Brussels and sun loungers

What a deal. FANTASTIC hotel, great location. If you can get this hotel at a descent rate it is worth it. Best hotel of my long trip over many countries. Large, extra clean, accommodating, 4 if not 5 star hotel.

HUGE rooms, even just standard ones. Only reason knocked down on overall rating is due to internet charges - ok, it's free in the lobby, but otherwise 10 euros for one hour in the room or 24 euros for 24 hours. But otherwise, fantastic hotel, room so comfy!

The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center where you will find plenty of stuff to do. Also, Brussels Nord train station is about a 10-15 walk so if you come by train go to the Nord station as it is closer. Overall, the hotel was great but the breakfast they offer is overpriced (just walk a block or two and you will find plenty of reasonable options)

Park on the street if possible. You can save yourself $45 per day. Just use the meter during business hours. Grand Place is approximately 1 mile (1.6km) from hotel. I feel the taxi is a rip-off at 9 euros to go the mile. Better off enjoying the walk then giving it to the crooked taxi drivers. Overall, the hotel stay was fine.

good place for a decent price. this is a very comfortable and good size hotel for European standard.

the hotel looked really good. many facilities to enjoy. was a shame that we didn't have time to swim in their top floor pool. but did have a sauna. yet, it takes about 10-15 mins to walk to the train station, though the metro station is just right across the road. but the pillows were not comfortable

Large American-styled rooms and nice hotel in good central location.

The hotel is nice, rooms are large. I would ask for a room in the back of the hotel. I have had a room in the front and in the back, the front facing rooms can be a little loud due to traffic and emergency vehicles. Great location, easy walk to many local attractions and shopping.

Stayed for six nights and would have been happy to stay forever. Great hotel, friendly staff. When will 5-star hotels make wifi in the rooms as standard? That's the only bit of criticism (oh, and the food's not great and it's expensive). The room was big and spacious and the beds are fantastic and as for a room looking over the square (ie. looking over the Hilton and the Crowne Plaza) - room at the back look over other rooms and have the noise of the extractor fans. An easy walk to all the main attractions and a good-sized pool on the roof with a good gym and sauna.

Hotel is not great, but for the money it is. Literally in front of the subway, near the Grand Place. Clean enough (and I'm picky)

friendly staff, warm rooms and really comfy beds. the sauna was relaxing after a day of shopping! The swimming pool was a little dissapointing and my only criticism is there are no tea and coffe making facilities in the room.

The hotel was huge but the service was personal and the staff were extremely attentive, from the maids to the concierge. Close enough to fun of city centre to avoid the AWFUL metro and have a nice walk instead. Great city, great hotel.

This was a very nice hotel by EU standards. Clean, roomy, good value for the price. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the staff.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff and the best showers I've ever taken in Europe. Location is great and the folks in the business lounge couldn't have been more accommodating.

Good hotel with a decent downstairs lobby with free internet. The 30th floor has a pool, sauna and fitness room; all in great condition. I was luke warm about the rooms. They are spacious, but the decor is very out dated. Overall a great hotel in a good spot of town.

after staying in many hotels during our recent trip to Europe, we were surprised and very happy with our choice of this hotel. it is in a great location in Brussels. It is within walking distance of Gard du Nord train station and right across the street of a Metro stop. it is a qucik walk to the Grand Place. The hotel is what you would expect from an American hotel, with large very well maintained hotel rooms. There is free WiFi in the hotel lobby. the staff was very helpful. If I return to Brussels I would definetly stay here again. I was lucky and they were running a special on hotel rates so it was a great find!

For a five star hotel there was no "wow" factor when you walked through the doors. The first room we were given to was suppose to be a non smoking room but someone had been smoking in it. They did accommodate us but reluctantly. When we stepped off the elevator on our floor all you good see where huge stains on the carpet. Not the first impression you want to be giving your guests. The hotel room was made up with no effort at all. For the money we paid it was not up to standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bruxelles. I have stayed at nicer three star properites.

Great location right next to the Rogier metro station stop which had access to about all of downtown Brussels. Room was very clean and the concierge and staff were excellent. Rather medium sized pool, but located at the top floor for an amazing view of the city. Public internet access consisted of four lobby computers which had mildly difficult internet applications to work with.

everything was great we really enjoyed our stay

the hotel was oversold which initially caused me some concern, but they put my brother and I in a 2 bedroom suite which was a very satisfactory resolution.

Stort hotel, profesionelt personale, god morgenmad, god beliggenhed lige ved indkøbs mall og gågaden. Prisen var fin for en weekend, men havde der ikke været rabat via Hotels.com havde jeg nok ikke valgt hotellet. Fin morgenmad buffet, dog meget amerikansk. Fint fitness rum med de mest almindelige redskaber, løbebånd og motionsredskaber. Nåede aldrig poolen. Forvirrende mange restauranter, barer, cafeer og en medlemsloge som man kan benytte i forskellige tidsrum. Fandt aldrig helt ud af hvordan det virkede.

Hôtel bien situé car tous les sites sont facilement accessibles et il est facile de trouver un endroit sympathique pour manger (place st catherine). Le quartier est vraiment agréable et il est facile de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et service agréable. Un petit bémol cependant concernant la taille de l'hôtel plutôt destiné pour un séjour business que pour un séjour de charme et le petit déjeuner (buffet bien achalandé ) mais que j'ai trouvé un peu juste en qualité pour un 4 étoiles ( gauffres réchauffées, bacon et saucisses trés salés....). Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute goûter à la gentillesse des Belges.

Nous avons passés 2 soirées magnifiques dans une chambre énorme (2 lits 2 places pour 2), la vue est splendide. A voir :-)

net en hulpvaardig personeel. mooie en erg ruime kamer van alle comfort voorzien. goede ligging in centrum en toch makkelijk parkeren onder het hotel. ga zeker nog eens terug.

Hotel günstig gelegen am Gare de Nord - 500m - Am Hotel direkt U-Bahn Station. 100m zur Fußgängerzone. Viele Restaurants drum herum. Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet - kein wunder bei vielen Gästen aus den EMIRATEN. Kein Wunsch wird abgelehnt und sei er noch so verrückt zum Frühstück!!!

Prima bedden, airco goed te regelen. Helaas bleek het zwembad onverwarmd en dat was voor ons, met kind, een flinke domper.

Très bon accueil par le personnel, et hôtel de très bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse, calme, propre, bien équipée, vue panoramique. Piscine agréable le soir après les visites. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruxelles : à dix min à pied de la Grand Place, station de métro devant l'hôtel qui permet d'être en dix min aux quatre coins de la ville, magasins rue en face, restaurants et bar à proximité. Ville très agréable à découvrir, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Hotel au look un peu "vieillot" mais très bien placé au départ de la rue neuve (principale rue commercante de Bruxelles). Il est possible de visiter tout le centre de Bruxelles (Grand Place, Manneken Pis, Palais du Roi et ses jardins, ...) à pied à partir de l'hotel. La piscine est un vrai plus mais devient vite petite quand il y a qq personnes faisant des longueurs. Les saunes séparent les hommes des femmes.

Peut être est-ce le fruit du hasard mais nous avons eu une chambre hors norme: - 50 m² environ - 2 lits double - 14ème étage avec vue sur la place Rogier (Qui n'est pas exceptionnelle mais tout de même...) Seul bémol sur la salle de bains un poil vieillotte et avec un pommeau de douche inamovible peu pratique. Mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter.

Hotellet var super lækkert indrettet og værelserne var komfortable, med store gode senge og lækkert badeværelse. Der var alle de ting man om muligt kunne få brug for! Vi valgte at opgradere ved ankomsten og fik stor værdi for pengene, med den største morgenmadsbuffet jeg har set, større værelse, club lounge med gratis drikkevarer og adgang til den lækre pool og tagtearesse på 30. etage med udsigt over hele byen! Vi brugte slet ikke Metroen, da hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til toget fra lufthavnen og gåafstand til alt det sjove. Et besøg værd!
